Twenty five years in the Bay Area real estate profession give Terry an incredible overview of the ever changing market, seller & buyer perspectives,and local neighborhood qualities. Her adept problem solving ability and sense of humor has produced hundreds of cherished friendships & business relationships.

Terry specializes in single family & small income properties from Richmond through Oakland. She provides creative marketing tools, including innovative brochures, advertising, and careful preparation and staging of properties for sale. For buyers, her research of potential properties to consider is thorough and exhaustive, with thoughtful attention to her client's needs and desires.

Spare time pleasures include cooking, farmer's markets, crossword puzzles and reading, and walking with her personal assistant/trainer, cocker spaniel, Bailey. Wonderful bayside & park walks have been discovered and explored including four where Bailey lets Terry off-leash!

Highly respected in her profession, and honored as Realtor of The Year, Terry has served as President of the Berkeley Association of Realtors, President of the Multiple Listing Service, President of the Women's Association of Realtors, and as a delegate to the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
