I have always followed simple principles: honesty and integrity.

 

I’ve lived in Albany over 30 years. I’ve been in real estate since 1992. Before that I was an accountant with Chevron Corporation for 10 years. My real estate started with Coldwell Banker in Berkeley where I quickly became a top producer and their Albany Sales Leader (It was easy because I love Albany). In 2008, I moved to Marvin Gardens closer to my home. Approximately 90% of my business comes from referrals of past clients.

 

I have a simple rule: I always place my client’s interests first before mine, I try to minimize their expenses by giving a free advice for remodeling, painting, cleaning and even basic staging (I always have managed to helping all of my previous listings except one). In order to understand clearly, I always put me in client’s shoes. I’m happy and ready to help who is seeking for a best real estate agent. My reward: a notebook full of client referral letters and clients who became good friends.

 

I am a patient listener who can clearly identify your individual needs. I’m a creative negotiator who can create “win-win” outcomes to both bring and keep people together to make a successful transaction. Many people have told me that I have great personal skills.

 

I have experience in all types of markets. In 1992 when I started, a number of clients were “upside down” in their properties, that is, they owed more that their current appraisal. I’ve also been successful when 12 or more multiple offers were common.

 

I’ve been told that I’m a multi-talented person: I’m a licensed acupuncturist, and in my spare time I enjoy cooking, ballroom dancing, sewing my own clothing, practicing piano and gardening.
