Ruth is an East Bay native with over a decade of real estate experience. She joined Marvin Gardens in 2000 and immediately became a top producer in the office, a role which she has consistently maintained throughout the ups and downs of the market.
 
Prior to real estate, Ruth taught Spanish in a private high school, worked in literacy in a bilingual Oakland Public school. She graduatd in linguistics at Cal, as well as earned an MFA in fiction from SFSU. She's also a certified Yoga instructor, who taught for 10 years (prior to having children!), and an accomplished potter who has sold her wares in local shops and museum gift shops.
 
Ruth brings tremendous energy and expertise to her real estate transactions. For sellers, she guides every aspect of preparing a home for market to attain the best possible price. Buyers attest to her tireless advocacy of their interests and her strong negotiation skills.  A Berkeley homeowner and landlord for six years, she now lives in Rockridge with her husband and two sons. She specializes in helping people buy and sell homes throughout the east bay.
