Marvin Gardens Real Estate is an independent, dynamic real estate company that was founded in Berkeley, California almost a quarter of a century ago. The Solano Avenue office was the founding site of our business. In 1989 we expanded the company with an El Cerrito office located on Fairmount Avenue. We opened our Kensington office in July 2002 and our newest office in Point Richmond in January 2004. All of our agents are experienced professionals who believe in maintaining the highest level of service and ethics. Many of us have previously worked at large real estate corporations, and we value the flexibility that working at a neighborhood company gives us. We are able to respond quickly to our clients and tailor our services to their individual needs and goals.

We at Marvin Gardens believe that the agent can make all the difference in making the home buying experience easy and positive. That’s why we have restricted our staff to only full-time and fully trained professionals. Several of our agents have over 20 years experience. The overall average among our agents is ten years of experience selling local real estate.
