Marvin Gardens Real Estate is actually two separately owned companies who share a common name, goals, ethics and history.  Both are locally owned companies serving the East Bay towns of Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Kensington, Oakland and the surrounding cities and neighborhoods.
